It was FAST. Definitely worth the extra few bucks. Of note: that birth certificate they give you at the hospital isn’t official. I learned the hard way it has to come from the state. I’m pretty sure the camera they use for licenses adds ten years, or maybe it’s been ten years since I got a license, either way a good experience.

Walked in without an appointment mid afternoon on a Friday and I'm the only customer. Megan was professional and helpful. Needed to call USAA for help. They emailed the necessary documents to Megan, she made copies for my transaction and one for me. Forty dollars and a photo later, i'm leaving with a proper driver's license. This could have been a nightmare but with Megan's help, I left smiling. Highly recommend!

today I came in 30 minutes before close for a quick drivers license duplicate. There was no line to wait and their service was very efficient And simple. I would just like to say I have never had a more pleasurable experience with any other omv Or express tag and title place. The lady that assisted The lady that assisted me was named Megan, and she was very nice and helpful. She was very detailed and had patience when helping me with other questions that I had and did not rush me as it was getting closer to time to close up. Amazing service I will continue to come here

A great alternative to what’s currently in Lafayette. When you sign in, it shows you how long you will wait until you get seen which was very accurate. You can book an appointment too, which is very convenient.
