Convenience Fee Update: Effective August 1, 2026, the maximum convenience fee charged by FastPass Tag & Title has increased from $23 to $27 per transaction.
 
As an authorized Public Tag Agent for the Louisiana Office of Motor Vehicles, we charge a convenience fee of up to $27 per transaction. Additional fees may apply for other services, including notary services.

Driver's Licenses Services

We process driver’s license renewals for Class D and E as well as Real IDs. Unable to process CDL (Class A, B, C) driver's license transactions.

Louisiana State ID Services

We process Louisiana State ID Cards, as well as renewals and duplicates.

Vehicle Registrations & License Plates

We process vehicle registrations including renewals and duplicates.

Motor Vehicle Titles

We process applications filed for certificates of title, including duplicate and corrected titles, without taking all day.

Mobility Impaired Services

We process hang tags, license plates and renewals for the mobility impaired.

Notary Services*

We notarize sales, donations, power of attorney and miscellaneous affidavits and statements.

*We do not notarize Wills or Successions

Walk-ins welcome, but we take appointments too!

FastPass is by far the way to go. Everyone was so patient, kind, and personable! If there was any problem, they got it taken care of quickly and efficiently. it’s worth the service fee to skip going to the OMV. We made an appointment and got everything done within a half hour. No line, no wait!
