went in to get my license renewed and the the BEST experience! everyone was so friendly, and the process didn’t take more than 10 minutes! they even let me retake my picture until i was satisfied with the outcome😆 highly recommend fast pass to anyone in the area!

Each time I visit Express Lane on Industrial, it is the absolute best experience! It's clean, it's vibrant and welcoming! The Clerks there are pleasant, helpful and a delight to work with! The office is clean and the restrooms are fresh!! It was a pleasant experience working with Veronica and Gentile!

Made an appointment first thing in the morning. I needed to get my REAL ID and update/renew my vehicle registration. Amy was amazing, fast, knowledgeable, courteous, professional. I was in and out in literally 18 minutes with new ID and registration in hand! Yes, there is a convenience fee, worth every penny, to not have to wait and actually be treated like a person! The OMV in this city could never provide the level of service I received today! Will always come back to this location for future needs! Thanks again Amy!
