Made an appointment first thing in the morning. I needed to get my REAL ID and update/renew my vehicle registration. Amy was amazing, fast, knowledgeable, courteous, professional. I was in and out in literally 18 minutes with new ID and registration in hand! Yes, there is a convenience fee, worth every penny, to not have to wait and actually be treated like a person!
