FastPass Tag & Title of Alexandria

Completely blown away at the experience vs the traditional DMV. Donna and all of the staff were incredible. 15 minutes start to finish and zero headache. 10/10 would recommend!

Completely worth the convenience fee. The Gonzales dmv was 46 people deep and no one moved in the 30 minutes I sat there. Came here and with was in agent within 5 minutes of sitting down.

Wonderful place!!!

I got called to the desk to begin the transfer process, before I even walked away from the kiosk. Very fast and friendly service!

Donna was amazing!! After visiting 4 other DMV/OMV offices without success, Donna’s knowledge, experience, patience and compassion for others allowed me to transfer my DL from Texas, reg my car and reg to vote! Donna should be your model for excellence when hiring new staff. I am so grateful Donna took care of my business today!! And, I’ll thank my friend for referring me to FastPass! Y’all are great!!

Jen helped me get my vehicle title and registration switched over from California to Louisiana, and she made the entire process incredibly easy. This was my first time transferring a vehicle registration between states, so I had a ton of questions, and she was very knowledgeable, patient, and answered everything I needed to know. The process was also very reasonably priced. I definitely recommend asking for Jen in particular. She’ll make sure you’re fully taken care of!

We were seen immediately without an appointment. Ms. Donna was kind yet efficient- in and out in just a few minutes. I will be using FastPass for all my future OMV services.

I went to Fastpass Tag, and the service I received from Donna was outstanding! She was extremely helpful and made the out-of-state driver’s license transfer process so easy and convenient. The fee is very reasonable, especially considering the time and hassle saved. From now on, Fastpass Tag will definitely be my go-to place for these services. Highly recommend!

Not only is it fast…the staff is simply the best!

Amazing staff. Very warm and kind. Was waived away by the OMV on Perkins and seigan but was taken in by fast pass. Thank you so much.
